A one-cup serving of watermelon will provide around 48 calories. Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A, with one serving containing 14.59 mg of vitamin C and 556.32 IU of vitamin A. Watermelon also provides significant amounts of vitamin B6 and vitamin B1, as well as the minerals potassium and magnesium.

hi ebo249 yah.. most there are alot of us having single gliders... wild gliders live in colonys because they take care of each other that way and they are bonded together .. but home breeds are different.. they are attached to their owner and most of the time single glider owners devoted 80%- 100% of their time to their gliders.. rite?

At one time, it even felt like she was trying to bite my finger. Ack. Wonder what did I do wrong. hmm is it alright to let them lick your leg? 0.o*cough* And now she has gone on to biting my feet. i move away my leg when he wants to lick them but i'll ofcourse let him lick and nibble my finger. |

i've read some article on the net bout cutting nails.. i tried it and it works.. i've learn that there are veins in the nail and you would not want to cut them. hahaha.. i tried it when he was sleeping and just use a cloth cover him and gently take his feets out and i make sure the light is bright enough to see the vein on his nail.. (can use a table light or something.) then gently yet quick cut the tip of the nail which is sharp.. but the result will not be very good after you cut them cause they cannot climb on your clothes or hang on you safely.. they might slip and fall cause not use to their new blunt claws.. and may leads to injury.. haha thats my experience.. but i didn't let him fall of course..
