hehe may b he is a gud boy since he only crabbing when he in pouch.erm he also not run when see me.he will come near but when i try catch him he will try to escape but never crabbing so happy hehe

She's just scared of the cat smell lar, she sense other creature around, so scared lah...

Khaneys, crabbing is normal, but it means that they are scared or unhappy about something. Mostly they are scared. He crabs when ppl kacau because he is scared and the pouch is suppose to be his safe place. I don't let ppl kacau my glider in his pouch, only I can kacau him... Hehehe... Anyway he is used to me already, last time he crabs when I peek at him in the pouch and will bite if I try to put my hands in it. Now he's okay with me, I can put my hand in the pouch whenever I want to

Bonding/taming a glider takes time, won't happen overnight, 2-3 days, sometimes weeks... It all depends on you.

Went to PW on Sunday, saw the gliders they have, sooo kesian, cage so small, and they are sooo big. I ask them what do they feed them? Fruits and cat food. I was like, "huhh, cat food is not their food and it is not good for them you know." The ppl there buat2 tak dengar aje, grrrrr

have read la.but want to make sure and conform.want to give meal worm but cant provide now since i dunno where i can get it.my fren ask me to give him cat food for protein.but i have read that certain cat foods are not suitable for sg.sori my mistake

u know la pet shop .. selling / breeding animals just for pure money .. they never care about the animals ... take pictures and put it on blogs or sumthing .. err. they can saman me arr ?

most pet shop or fish shop sell mealworm. rm1 can last a week . my hamster also eat them . i feed them once every two days .

hmm . some cat food hv onions or sumthing glider can't eat. so better not. where are u located ?

which PW ? weeks ago, TagReptiles captured a pic of suggies at PW and posted @ The Star. I was there when he curik2 snap pic well, the condition was really2 bad la..since they gliders fur turned yellow-ish (prolly from pee?) and yea, they gave only kibbles. ah well, hopefully the Management will take notes/educate themselves!


mealies u can get at any aqua shops la. RM1 for a spoonful? then feed them rolled oatmeal.you'll get fat mealworms in days.

CFP-my mealies(mealworms) RM1 can last me a month woo

Khaneys-mealworms can find at almost any pet shop/fish shop. Any type of fruits should be okay except---grapes, raisins, avacado and corns, these are definite No-No for suggies although they will eat it. It's just not good for their health. Other fruits also, you need to check their poops once in a while after giving them certain types of fruits cuz they can cause their poops to be liquid-ish and smelly. I personally find ciku and jambu air, can cause that to my suggie, it's not bad, but have to reduce or alternate it lah. Papaya and watermelon makes their poop orange and red, haha... Ohh, cat food/kibbles is a No-No too...

faerie-this is PW OU, I know the one Tagreptile post last time was the one in MV and they moved the suggies to GE... The one in OU, not as bad as the one Tagreptile saw, but the cage they keep them in is so damn small. They have 2 small cage with 2 suggies in each of em. Atleast I see some fruit cuts in their dish bowl... Feel like wanting to get them only... But no money ley...

Yeh..he is so special that he tak layan anyone...hahaha....last time when he first move to my place....he was not use to it and very eager to find food...now he knows every night i am going to hand feed him...he just sit and wait for the food to come near him......i have to find a way where when he needs to makan..he should come to me to find food...not sit and wait.....any suggestion how to train ....

i hand feed chika only when in the morning. at night sumtimes la . selang selang. so at night, she will go to the swing to eat.
