Yes the all delivery should be directly to your door but if got taxable item, it will be held at the LCCT Pos building there. But usually the express main international usually need somebody to sign to get the item. If not they will  leave you with a notice to get the item from them. Usually Poslaju division will handle the items.
Just for everybody's information, I think most items will be taxed at 10% + 5% (service tax?) of the cost + shipping value. So if you think the item is more than RM500, just get ready to pay around 15% of that amount. Pos Malaysia will only accept cash or check only. (I sudah kena want to pay by credit card but no such service. Have to walk to the LCCT terminal ATM machine to get my money.. )

Yes. Because from my experience, express mail anywhere in the world will need to be signed so that the postal service in other country can confirm that the item has been delivered. The equivalent service in Malaysia is Poslaju, Japan is EMS (Express Mail Service) I think. Hope others can correct me if I'm wrong.
