Is buying skincare items from overseas allowed?
I remember seeing a thread posted by someone who was caught for buying "Rogaine." I know that Rogaine is a hair product but one of its component is classified as a drug by JKM so I guess that was why he was caught. I am interested in getting an import license for a particular skincare brand. However, I am not an esthetician or dermatologist. What are the steps that I have to take in this case?
