I usually ship small package to msia and thank God they arrived safely..

but next week i plan to ship some stuffs for hari raya for my family and hubby's family..in a big box..there will be some shirt, hbags, perfume and toys for them..which cost more than USD1000..I'll declare them as 'GIFT'..do i need to pay for the custom..

btw, since they are hari raya gift,i will wrap each of them nicely b4 putting them on the big box..just like what i did when i shipped those small packages..

TIA..

You might not get taxed but your family might, marked as gift sometimes can get taxed also.
depends on Kastam.

sorry late reply..i use usps express mail..pay extra than priority mail but worth it..cepat n selamat..got tracking number n 100usd insurance too..
i think if u use the box that is provided by post office(instead of using your own brown box tu) can easily pass through custom..otherwise chances to get stuck there very high..

like some said,if big box susah mau lpas lorr..
