perhaps those with legal training can correct/add...but, as i understand it, customs are allowed to take sample if they deem necessary...now that's scary

Public Complaints Bureau for public services. You can try MACC...but now even their key witnesses sometimes perish

i find that at times even having "gift" checked on the postal note didn't exempt the parcel "automatically" from custom.

more so after few SPRM raids on the customs
