Contacted their CS this evening and confirmed that service disruption happened nationwide and my area was affected as well. And I just got the msg say the issue resolved.

Last month I do report that my workplace 4G network is super slow and low signal, they told me will solve by early March. Then I call again then they say end of March, like take forever to fix.
