Got blacklisted by celcom. When check my account at celcom successful port to digi why still get blacklisted?i want apply p78 any way?try contack velcom until now no answer. I got outstanding tm bill last past year which my previous room mate didnt pay.is tm bill affect this?.last week i check still not blacklisted.this one must be new accounts.but i dont apply any new celcom only one number that i already port out to digi
