Can someone, maybe a DiGi dealer. check this for me please?

My mum's on "DG Prepaid Smart Plan v1". I want to change her plan to another digi prepaid plan or a postpaid plan. I have asked both live chat and by calling Digi's Helpline. Both of them said that it cannot be done for this plan, cannot change to another prepaid plan nor to a postpaid plan.

The only option, if we really want to stay with Digi, is to port out to another provider and port back in to Digi.

*DG Prepaid Smart Plan v1 is an old plan where my mum reloads RM30 every month and she gets 30-day validity, 60mins voice, 60SMS and 1GB data. It's kinda like a postpaid plan except it's paid upfront. But it's really bad nowadays compared to say Ambassador 38.

Changed my bro to prepaid..This is old outdated plan, prepaid a lot better than it.

i mnp my line to digi prepaid last 2 months., digi apps show i am on digi best prepaid 2016 mnp,  recently i bought another digi prepaid line due to all the number almost similar with my another line. digi apps show digi best prepaid 2017.

whats the diff best prepaid 2016 and 2017 ?

Really what's the point of paying RM 28 in advanced to get a call 2 hours later saying cannot use the line until I have to screw up my billing cycle.

Sure it's same total amount of money spent but I think it's ridiculous that now I'm asked to make an additional payment just to use when I am already being a good paymaster over all my DiGi bills.

MNP at Digi Store Express cannot be done for prepaid? Went there few days ago and was told they can only do for postpaid.

They don't look very keen to help me and was a bit dismissive.

Correct, i found that out last year.  Also, stuff like roaming activation and SIM card replacement, you get less hassle at a Digi Store compared to a Digi Store Express.

That's why I usually go to the Digi Store despite having a Digi Store Express nearer to my place.

I did just that later. But online system a bit slow , hope can MNP before my other hotlink number becomes deactive few days from now

But be careful with the delivery. As Digi used GDEX and it is a sim, somehow digi require owner to sign the delivery.

I have problem with this before, my sister cannot sign the delivery.

Is it possible for me to go straight away to Digi center to request for another sim card and MNP there today?

I think possible to do that, it means you ignore the online MNP and redo again.
