I am porting out from Digi prepaid , but got rejected , I call Digi they ask me call Celcom , I call back Celcom they ask call Digi back ,went I call back Digi they say call Celcom how come?

A bit offtopic but is there any way to use the modem Huawei E5577 without the battery and only USB?
My battery already become bloated and I'm kinda worried if it will affect anything and I only use it for tethering. |
