It's not a bad mall by design, location is next to main road similar to Velocity. But why no people go?

It's a furniture hub with full aircon, other alternatives would be Ikea. The rest is those LDP/Sungei Besi area but outside no aircon.

So why people don't go Viva Home? I find it convenient all in one can see many shops without driving/walking too much.

Also there is 1 hotel there but still no people until Giant also moved out.

Just inform u. VIva furniture is not cheap. I can find a cheaper same furniture at normal furniture shop. That is the main point. The only thing different is I can makan there and cheaper than Ikea (depends)

but Ikea cannot get solid wood & real leather.

i went last week. even got, looks cheap. i don't think they sell genuine leather.
