Gladys: 850 is not uber low lol..is average...1k+ is not average, is very on standard which can even go for SSC and BT liao..and u can realise i stuck at 850 for a long time, means i didnt spend much time playing and go raids which i have my personal reason...but maybe soon...u will see it increase...when things settle down. Anyway i dont really care how long it takes me to get into 1k+ dmg...because ....as ur guild name says " Just a Game".

and im not on battlecast, im shadoweave + spellstrike

coz im into PVE more not pvp.

battle cast = more stat + spell dmg oni (set bonus lousy)
Spell strike = less stat but + spell dmg + spell hit + spell crit + good set bonus which + 92 bonus spell dmg.

and also, since after patch and the nerf on shadoword death, spell crit is sort of important for shadow priest now to keep up their top dpsing, and also i plan to respec my talent since long time just havent go respec since i havent go raid much lately...after the new patch, need to switch talent..

and also remember, in TBC, Spell hit is very important in the raids, without spell hit, we casters will miss like hell in raids like Mag/SSC/BT

since its also PVE, we dont need too much stats, we must focus more on bonus proc which + spell dmg + spell rotation to make mana efficient.

Actually i admit my gear is very lousy compare to other elite players. Lol...but please...its not uber low as u said...my gear is average, which can at least do something in kara and mag, and also, always raid they don't drop i also cannot do anything. lol...

yes indeed they nerf the raids a little as they have to balance up for casual players as well. Last time when my spell damage was 600+ i still cant get to go into kara, 1 person low spell damage will effect the whole group. Thats too strict for a game. I believe blizzard wont wanna say "casual players cant play this game". So you can;t blame them .

and also, im sure those shadow priest with base 1k+ shadow dmg, they are heavily geared and spent alot of time on it, even nihilum shadow priest has only 1.3 - 1.4k shadow damage.

my shadow dmg is 800+ now as a casual player, consider average. I still have alot of casual friends who still stuck at 600+ - 700+, last time they cant even participate to raids, sad time for WoW, wanna go but can't go, nobody wanna invite. At least now they get the chance to go...at least they pay the game so they also deserve to at least raid some la right haha...

trust me, if im a single (no gf) working person, maybe i can be one of the elite player (if i choose to be) , and for sure you'll see me 1k+ shadow damage, but the daily routine is, work-> go back wow....cause no nid teman gf go out makan , watch movie, and also yam cha wif some friends etc...LOL...but...i was a hardcore gamer last time....dont wanna go back to that kind of lifestyle......seriously....its like left out from the society outside....so lifeless =.="....no offence to those who is hardcore....but is just my thought of myself ....

emo-nya........ahhahahahahahaha but actualy not hard for me to reach 1k+ shadow damage la..i just need spend more time farm instance/heroics(i still not enuff rep for some faction yet), get the off hand (heroics badge)...then go kara, get mind blade...then go get a better trinkets...also around 1k liao...then nid to change some of my uber lousy gear...especially my belt....everything need time.............not enuff time "........

Karazan is suppose a place for every player to get their journey started, gear up, and try the end game content where only the place that have some challenge is the 25 man.

imagine u wipe in karazan for months and can't even down some of the bosses...some of u may think its a very nice challenge, but as time passes, you feel that you are so far behind which u also wanna try the 25 man instances wif ur guild/friends. Wiping for months in kara is a waste of time, and it makes the morale of the guild drop. Wiping for months in kara means u paying repair fees for months just in kara, thats even more bad compare to the bad nerf. Imagine i call u to go karazan every single day after ur work, then wipe wipe wipe...then around 12am-1am need to sleep for tmr work day...every day like that...i think not you cannot tahan the wipe...not bcoz u dun have the semangat...just that your gold is dropping like hell because you dont have a spare time to even farm some golds lol...

nerfing those raids a little is a good thing, some might think "oh carebear game", yes if you are those elitist like nihilum, they eventually claimed that BT is pretty easy. Blizzard need to balance up for the customers, not just focus on those elitist players.

Seriously, even after the nerf now, its still not easy to visit mount hyjal or even black temple so soon. Imagine the guild is still brain storming about the SSC raid. Maybe few months later, or even more...who knows the progression? If blizzard dun nerf, then i think alot probs will occur.

yeap, later oni do la the belt.....seldom on wow lately...MB is 5.5 sec CD wif full 5 talent, but its not worth putting full talent on MB now, and its a long explanation on 'why'....and yes SWD is 12 sec cd....i know that steady dmg -> spell crit. but i dont get it why do u mention bout this ? i thought we are on the issue battlecast -> spellstrike. hehehe


the elitist guild might run kara for gearing up their less geared ppl, but for the geared ppl might take it as a gold farming ground for them, where its like the ppl who looted the epics pay for an amount, then the geared ppl split up the gold. Thats what i heard, not sure bout it.

gladys: crit is important, but not as important as steady damage for shadow priest. Last time its not important b4 patch. Now its important. Lol...you are casual player, im also casual player....so don't criticize me on my spell damage leh.. ".....
