Edifier have not come up with any special offers during Black Friday or Cyber Monday based from what I observed.

Which one do you prefer S350DB or R2730D? Which one is better?

Edifier S350DB 2.1 Speaker system is definitely much better for overall usage (watching movies/tv-drama, listening to music, audiobook)

For audio editing purposes, go with Studio monitor which is Edifier R2730DB (it gives a balance tone, not a lot of highs and not a lot of bass).

It's based on your usage though, what activities do you use your speakers for?

for your information: Edifier has released S360DB, a better version of S350DB which uses a better tweeter, slightly wider mid-range drivers and the subwoofer is wireless (can enable/disable if you are not so much of a bass person). = RM500+ extra for those new features.

I want to buy for gaming, listening music and watching movies. The S360DB is not available in Pakistan and what do you think about C3X?

Edifier C3X is an affordable decent 2.1 speaker system. If you have the budget and the Edifier S350DB is available in your country, I would recommend you to get the Edifier S350DB instead of Edifier C3X as it delivers much more powerful deeper bass and mellow-smooth highs. If your country have a speaker shop, I would advice you to audition those speaker to see which 2.1 speaker system suits your preferences.

How does it compare with Corsair SP2500 ?

I have not auditioned the Corsair SP2500, therefore I'm not able to provide you with a comparison between the Corsair SP2500 and Edifier S350DB
I'm only able to provide audio comparison of the speakers that I have reviewed :-)
