QUOTE(derthvadar @ Jul 8 2017, 02:34 PM) Same boat with me. Do know to choose between S7 edge or Note 5. Wait for note 8 . If between note 5 and s7e I'd go s7e since note 5 is 2 year old d. Best to wait for note 8 though if you have budget.Oneplus 3T also macam gooding. Because my Note 4 already having some problem. |

QUOTE(n4tea @ Jul 13 2017, 04:07 AM) Read a few posts the sc seems quite norm to change the mobo. Is s7e mobo really not so durable? Or all Samsung phone also facing such quality prob? Cos my fren Samsung note 3 oso got such prob after warranty and asked to replace mobo at a cost of thousand sth.. It seems to be quite a common problem for the mobo to go wonky after a year. Recommended if got any signs of problem then change it during warranty. Happened to a friend of mine with her s6, mobo died a month after warranty expired. currently my s7e no problem so far hopefully it'll stay that way. |

QUOTE(adios.putra @ Sep 4 2017, 12:30 PM) Just bought S7e yesterday and install X-One Screen Protector because of good review. Go for clear coat since can replace. Or hao 5d seems promising but of course the price is also quite high. I gave up on screen protectors d after 1 year. Now using it naked and enjoying the phone as it should be the screen really looks much better without any spHowever, when woke up this morning it started to peeled off on edge screen. Any advice or other recommended screen protector or tempered glass? I thing I just wasted RM80 for that. |

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Sep 4 2017, 06:22 PM) It's ok lah. Try my best to keep away from sand. I'm fine with small scratches as long as they don't disrupt the viewing experience. Will be keeping this phone till s9 is 6 months old when I can get it for a discount like what happened to s8 now. |

I'm rocking the phone without any sp right now. Feels great tbh haha. Using spigen rugged armor and a had a mini heart attack when the phone fell on to the tar road when I was opening car door. Luckily nothing was damaged and the casing did its job.

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Sep 24 2017, 07:19 PM) Ah ok. It looks like the spigen neo flex that I applied on my phone. I was using best skins ever. You can try this too but probably have to order direct from the website and wait. Price not too bad around Rm50 incl shipping. It doesn't peel off at the sides. Similar to armorsuit I guess since it's wet application. I'd say if you're gonna get armorsuit at rm100 then can invest in the clearcoat since you can get it changed when it gets scratched.Does it have rubbery feeling? So this is the good one? No other choices apart from this and CC? |

QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Sep 28 2017, 06:16 PM) Wait for S9 if you don't need the stylus hopefully second gen of infinity display design Samsung can plac better fingerprint sensor position, probably new camera sensors + dual lens like note 8. Get the note 8 now if you're upgrading from something that's at least 2 years old. |

QUOTE(Keatsan @ Oct 2 2017, 12:15 PM) Fingerprint scanner isn't as responsive, the button starts to loose and chipped out the edges. Try different service center Battery health isn't as good as 3 months before. Requested to change new battery if possible. Edited Most likely cannot claim warranty - KNOX triggered. |

QUOTE(Kings7 @ Oct 18 2017, 04:56 PM) Do you drop it? I have a cracked s7e and now have 1 pink line. Considering to replace screen or buy new phone... If its out of warranty then time to replace phone 1.2k for a new screen not worth it imo think you can still sell the phone for 1k to a non fussy buyer |

QUOTE(Exeunt @ Oct 26 2017, 09:05 AM) its time to go rogue then.. heads over to XDA and start flashing.. by then all warranty finish already.. and S9 came out edi.. Yeah that's one way to go. IMO these Android versions don't make much of a difference anymore. Most of the improvements are under the hood and don't provide significant impact. I'm just happy to be chugging along with whatever the current ota update is nowadays. Used to be flashaholic during oneplus one and nexus days. |

QUOTE(playxboxwii @ Nov 5 2017, 05:39 AM) So cheap now 2nd..been using mine since launch day S7E still a good phone with flagship prices increasing every year not worth to change phones yearly. Wait for S9 before changing for a bigger upgrade. S7 to S8 minor upgrade imo. Just new design. SoC wise not big enough of an upgrade. S9 will hopefully improve on the S8 design and flaws. Bigger battery, better SoC, new camera sensors.Thibking of selling it but dont know what phone can replace s7e This post has been edited by Azureknight94: Nov 5 2017, 08:42 AM |
