hi, can anyone help me to solve my problem? i have ambank nexg prepaid mastercard and already go to atm and set the web pin. when i want to register at ambank website, it gave me id number error. anyone can help me?

Your best bet is to call up their Customer Support number. They are the best people to help you.

maybe you can set the webpin again at atm and try register again.

if cannot also, then call the customer service..
their customer service is excelent. much much better than tmnut customer service . called them once, asking them regarding one of my transaction.

I also got this problem.. I already entered my webpin at ATM machine and when I complete the form online to register it, it gave me this error :



but when I called the customer care, they said that I need to open the saving account at Ambank first to do so.. is it true?
