QUOTE(waisang @ Jun 20 2017, 12:48 PM) I don't know because there are many said, is the a guideline we can refer on it? I think at the end, we are concerned what we eat for our health. 1 can of coke is like 26g of sugar? If you used to drink 1 can of coke a day and did not die, you will not die from the sugar amount in whey. I can't say the same for gainer though. Gainer...ditch those, go eat. |

I personally think the rest are more or less nutritiously same.... abang adik....While looking to the supplement/nutrition facts, i have noticed some of protein contains high sugar etc are not good for our health and many fitness are recommended it, I am a newbie in gym workout, it is important to understand it and all about gym and health to us |
