why flying back from Japan always take 1 hour extra compare to flying from KL to Japan

is that so?
by right when flying from JP to MY, its supposedly 1 hour less if timezone were to take into consideration, as we literally "gain" 1 hour extra upon landing on Malaysia soil

is it possible to travel from Lake Kawaguchi to Hakone via train?

between these two, which is more favorable?

assuming both places are departed from Shinjuku station

is it safe to stroll around the red light district in Shinjuku or whatever similar districts in Tokyo after 11pm? will there be many drunktards harassing people? or will there be many pimps pestering you to try their services?

JTB Malaysia doesn't sell them here

will go there in march 2018
i don't think the ticket sales for that period is available yet
