not sure if the big building u mentioned is the science museum tho. Ueno park seem huge with few museum around i think.

Kawagoe, just enjoy the old building structure. the time i went there, the bell tower on re-construction. din buy nething, just browse and look around (yes, i do agree its really crowded).

Foods in Kawagoe is very nice tho but slightly on the more expensive side compared to normal price in tokyo

Hi, I will be travelling to Osaka this Friday rclxm9.gif

I'd like to know that is there any strict rule being implemented for carrying lithium ion battery travelling to japan (Im taking air asia flight)?

As far as I know items like powerbank, spare battery must be hand carry luggage, but is there a limit on how many unit that one can carry ? Because I'm planning to bring my laptop, 2 power bank and 2 extra battery for my camera.

Tried google'ed a bit but what I found seems to be rules that are specific to each airlines, doesn't really have a common standard.

I think it all depends on what side of Japan you want to see.
I used to live there, study, work, travel, party there....and even touristic parts have amazing hidden jems!
I regret not visiting Okinawa and Hokkaido. I mainly traveled around the Honshu/

Yes, 2 power bank is not an issue. Friends and I brought 2 power bank each!

I think the fireworks, festivals and juicy summer fruits are the only reason I'll be going during summer (can't find any other motivation!). Probably should experience summer at least once biggrin.gif
