Anyone know what's the market rate for mining space rentals?

I have factory space overseas that have very cheap electricity, almost negligible and thinking of renting out the space for miners.

I asked the other thread and the suggestion for easiest is to rent out the space and charge for electric etc

The space got slots for 30 Antminer S9 and I am trying to fill that out. Right now, I have only a few S9 and they are only coming in January.. If any sifus here got suggestions or if want to help/invest, please send me a PM or reply here.

Baru starting, after this got another building block that has space for 200 units.
Electricity is very cheap that's why we start doing this.
