QUOTE(zamans98 @ Jul 1 2017, 07:01 PM) And yet someone says too late to mine.. Lol 1080ti better or 3 x 1060 better?U have 2 options now. 1. Buy high end GPU, 4K each, Nvidia 1080/1080ti. Can do 650-700 sol easy. U mine Zcash or Lbry. On ETH is poor.. Some. Says 30,42,48,55.. I have no data 2. Wait for mining GPU.. It will flood the market in 2 weeks. No resell value as warranty is short |

QUOTE(zamans98 @ Jul 2 2017, 12:37 AM) the question is, can u get 1060? a 3gb model is not good enough, and the memory chip is not good. thanks man..will try to get 1080ti next week and start mining zcash..a 6g memory chip is usually SAMSUNG, which is god-like in OC. 1080ti is about 4,200 and 1060 3gb if any is about 1200 and 6gb is about 1700 1070 is about 2400 if any. 1700*3 -->5,100, power usage is about 360 watts ,Hashrate for Zcash is ~800sols 1080ti --> 4200, power usage is about 220, Hashrate for Zcash ~700sols 1080ti resell value is higher in the future, assuming GPU mining is dead. you choose? |

Wanna share my 1 month mining experience
Been mining Zcash with 3 x Zotac GTX 1080ti Amp Extreme and 1 x Asus GTX 1080 OC. Hash rate is about 2700 sols. Payout perday is around 0.06 Zcash, so for one month I can get 1.8 Zcash. Return for my first month of mining is around USD 396/ RM1,700 (based on current Zcash price). Cost of investment is around RM 15,000. Electricity cost is about RM450. After deduct electricity cost, my profit is about RM 1,250 for the first month. RM 1,250/RM 15,000 = 8.3% Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(ycs @ Aug 24 2017, 11:11 AM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « nice; what meter you use to measure the power usage? is it those plug in the wall type? It may not be accurate, but I think the cost is around there. This post has been edited by TaintedSoul: Aug 24 2017, 11:39 AM |

QUOTE(wildan03 @ Aug 24 2017, 12:37 PM) Very Nice bro, Can please also advise if my projected earning for your case in 12 Months is correct or not. Im planning to invest too but still doing the maths. the projected earnings of yours are very pessimistic..lolMonths 1-3 RM1,250 = RM3,750 Months 4-6 RM1,100 = RM3,300 Months 7-9 RM950 = RM2,850 Months 10-12 RM800 = Rm2,400 Total = 12,300 Sell of Graphic Card after 1 year depreciation = Rm1500 x 4 = RM6000 Grand Total = 18,300 no one can predict the future, but you could be right. the difficulty will increase over time and the payout might be less day by day. but note that the price of Zcash might increase too. The price could be USD 250 or USD 300 in near future. Also, resale value of GPU should be higher than that. |

QUOTE(edthrax @ Aug 28 2017, 03:52 PM) nice hash rate.. assuming ur getting 700 sol/s for the 1080 TI and 600 sol/s for the 1080. Whats the power consumption per card for the 1080ti to get the 700 sol/s... I set mine at 80% Power limit which can reach 680-700 sol/s roughly translate to 200Watts....sometimes I set power limit to be 65-70% to run the card cooler and quieter which give me around 600-630 sol/s which is roughly around 150Watts.. This post has been edited by TaintedSoul: Aug 28 2017, 10:40 PMusing the --pec code in the ewbf miner to get the watts reading Attached thumbnail(s) |
