If your Ventus and Gaming X Trio are using stock mem pads, it's very likely your VRAM Tj temps are around 105-110c, depending if your room AC cooled or not.

Core temps are fine for mining. Very rarely will that ever be an issue for anyone.

Micron GDDR6x has a throttle limit point at 110c. So theoretically on paper, your temps are ok up until that point. But the rated Tj Max is actually 95c, above that Micron doesn't promise anything.

Preferably if you can keep VRAM Tj below 95c, that would be ideal. But that's really only possible if you do a thermal pad swap and your room is cooler than 20c. Otherwise, watercool your cards.

RTM mining is only profitable if you have several Zen2/3 CPUs doing it at a time or if you don't have to pay electricity bill. Otherwise all you're doing is just making the work more difficult and wasting heat.
