I just started mining with my current spec of computer

I do it with my r7 260x to try to understand more... But still confused I get around 28mhs and 0.4ghs... I just don't understand this.

Guys can I ask how to see the mhs is making profit or not? Currently running in 0.5ghs. What's that means?
