1. rx580 or 1070 or 1070ti? currently am leaning towards 1070ti coz ppl say energy save like 1070 but performance like 1080 goods?
2. like asrock h110 btc how would you power that beast? 1 750/800/??w for rig and 3 gpu, 2 hp 1200w for 5gpu each? any advice?

If you willing to pay more, there are stocks oversea. If desperate then can go shops 1 by 1 and salvage all available. Mix the brands a bit also ok one.

My smaller mining rig runs on athlon 64 X2 4400+ which was released on year 2007.
Still can control mining on 2 cards due to motherboard only has 2 pcie slot.

I used to buy all my gpu from Amazon. With international priority shipping that arrive within a week, price also just close to or even cheaper than local price. But you have to pray everything is lasting and don't have to claim warranty back there. Or go for evga because they got international warranty so probably can claim with SEA.

Bought a unit of 1070ti for testing, as I'm still in doubt if I should risk my kids milk supply for a 6x1070ti rig 
Asus Strix 1070TI,  power limit 64% , + 150 core, + 600 memory, fan speed 50~60%.  temp @ 51-55c , power draw average 114W , equihash 477h /s  = 4.18h per watt

*add more if you have more cards,  eg 0,1,2,3,4,5

you may also monitor other item such as fan %, gpu core speed and mem speed,  the timer can be changed as well, if 3000ms is too fast you can set a higher number such as 5000 and above.

I give you example, I run 2x GTX 1080 comes to around 380W wall draw.

Once I change power target settings I can lower it to around 310W wall draw, which is around 280W actual system draw.

1070ti I believe will be more efficient compared to 1070.

Expected to draw around 140w - 160w per card, far less when you lower their power target.
