I've been running my pc 24/7 with constant hdd usage for years before started mining (web server la, media center la, etc). IMO, what kills hdd are not the 24/7 usage, but the constant spinning up and down.

Normal la, last time when I scout the parts to build my rig, the psu here and there no stocks, graphic cards no stocks, like apocalypse when everyone salvage all the ready stocks in retail store and online.

You can change the power target of the card to lower the power draw, this will reduce the heat along with it.

Balance that between power draw and hashrate for maxed out efficiency.

You need to run LOAD first to see the difference. On idle you won't see.

searching psu now.  here some info i got. I think next time buy PSU should find only those with 80 Plus cert, its like our ST 5 star efficiency cert on aircon.

1st card is 1080Ti, last card is 1070Ti.
I got a big shock when taking the card out, the card occupy 2.5 slot.

The 2.5 slot card is Zotac.

Mining casing for 6 card specially made for Onda 1800 board.
With directed fan to push the hot air out of the back of the casing, its easier to manage the air flow and exhaust of hot air through ventilation fan.
The violent fan is a real screamer at 12V, when connected with only 5V the noise is much lower yet the airflow still enough to cool down the GPUs.

All cards run between 70-77c.
Dual fan 70c. Single fan 77c.
No air cond on hot weather.

use thumbrive as the storage to replace hdd. its very lightweight thats why. ram can use 4gb sufficient already.
