Anyone has bought, tested or has friends who had bought this bike?
I am interested but so far are not able to view the bike at any dealers near Puchong. I have read the Indian review but would like some first hand review from local owners or riders.
Additionally, I am quite concerned about spares etc as I had went to almost 5 dealers in Puchong and Kinrara. None have got even a unit for viewing, not even the other two that was launch together with this bike.

Tested it briefly during the DRB open day recently. Gear is 5 speeds, all up sequence so its a little weird but riding it was fun. Simple riding. Quite torquey but not sure how it'll do on longer distances.

Did you face any problems when you tested?

It's not too bad having all upward shift. At least then you don't have trouble to search for neutral when stopping lol.

Well, its not something that is difficult to adjust to anyway. In fact, most of the time I dont even go to 1st gear to get moving. So flipping upward is nothing new. Only that now instead of 2nd gear u get first gear to move. No harm done.

Yeap, read those comments. What I read are not exactly complimentary such as delays in deliveries, colours not available, etc. Not a good start when launching new products, I think.
One of my major concerns are availability of spares and services throughout west Malaysia as I intend to use this v15 for casual ride to explore the smaller towns, instead of driving. Add some 'adventure' in my daily routine.

I'm planning on buying one too but taking a back seat now as the after sales might be quite a tricky thing. I went to the test ride session they had recently at the Shah Alam SC. The V15 is a joyful bike to ride. The height, weight & ergonomics instantly fits me.
About the gear shift, the Indian market uses the N12345 combination for most of it local brand bikes, hence we get the same thing here.
Even the person at the SC can't confirm on the maintenance price i.e. spare parts & what not as they don't have the detail & the parts yet. Quite worrisome especially for early adopters. But, itโs not a technology brekathrough bike so I think local bike shops sure can come up with something in part for any replacement ๐

Your feedback on the details of spares etc is a big question mark which has been on my mind since the launch. So far, all I can read up does not give me confidence. This is the reasons that I start this thread, to seek feedback that can convince me to purchase. I would like to have peace of mind for after sales support after purchase. Thanks for your response. Very valuable to me. What I am encouraged are your comments on the ride during test session in Shah Alam. Cheerios Fong
