Normally how long after interview they call you for job.

I go for interview 3 weeks ago but no call until now. Does it mean I fail the interview ?

Gosh.. the last time I started this thread was on 2007, time really flies huh?

Anyway, to recap, I've joined SD for more than 2 years and I'm happy about it. No regret joining. Nevertheless, I really look forward to the new SD HQ in Ara Damansara, as my current working location is just too far.. : (

As for office politics, this exist in EVERY company ok? I consider myself to be lucky working under great bosses. They taught me a lot and I really appreciate tat!

To sum things out, yes, SD is certainly a 'not bad' company to work with.
