Date of transaction: 12th june 2017

Details of the complaint : after payment done (12th june 2017) seller never post the item, giving all sorts of excuses, eg. outstation etc. so i requested a refund (17th june 2017) and after this the seller never bother to reply.

yes, he reply me once i've open this dispute. seller told me he is angry because i want to cancel deal so he is refunding me RM10 every fortnight starting from 1st july. i believe he actually have no money to refund me at the moment.

just saw that he edited his thread today 10.38am stating that the item "sold". i believe that he had sold the item to someone else earlier and used up all the money.

I was away and he cancelled the purchase despite me telling him it'll take some time?

He transferred didnt bank in, some more via interbank and given previous experience i assumed it'll take two days the most or a day the fastest.

I was already out of state when everything concluded so I can't have it posted bc it was at home. Got back to the sight of being called a conman.

should have inform him about your outstation schedule.
can't blame him for impatient.

usually when buyer make payment...and expected tomorrow will be posted out.
as seller ...should check right away to see if money insid eyour bank.

i thought now interbank is immediate as long pay certain fee if i am not mistaken

tread updated. yes transfer on the 12th june and according to maybank he had received on 13th june morning. he told me politely that he will post it as soon. 2 days no news from him so i asked for tracking number.

honestly if 1 week no response i would have been worried too.

i am not sure what usually people mean by "as soon as possible" but for me it means really soon. Not like few days. Cause if you are busy like outstation then just say "few days" instead of ASAP.

he doesn't even tell me he's outstation, or going outstation. he only told me so after a few days, when there's no update and i ask for tracking number

Is this already settled TS?
