Help needed with PS

So my bosses give me this picture and he want to find out what company written on that tag. Been doing my best I cant make it clearer. Is there anyway to zoom on that tag and then make it readable? I'm not a designer or editor. Can somebody help me out on this? This is the picture

it all comes back to how m,any dpi is the photo. Photo submitted......no way u can see tag
