Got my RM400 voucher, used it to purchase the phone cases for s8+. During checkout, applied the voucher code and proceeded to place the order. But it did not direct me to payment, instead it went back to the cart. Next thing I knew, the order was placed without any payment and the voucher is considered redeemed. Did manage to contact the lazada customer service and they told my issue would be resolved at least 24 hours, to my understanding. So, now waiting for my issue to be cleared.
