anyone able to apply the voucher code on 11street? tab shows no woucher exists and there is no other place to key in voucher code

noticed that the mysamsung app now permanently locks to the last email address setup. even when you delete app and reinstall, the email address remains. can't change to new email address.

If I recall, the screen at mysamsung last time it says that you were previously logged as another email address and ask if you want ochange to new email address. Now, this step does not appear anymore. You can't also edit the email address. so how?

I had the same problem. As suggested by forumer, reinstalled old samsung account corrected the situation. however, no point registering new account anymore as it will just say code redeemed no matter how many new accounts you try to create from now. I think they have locked the imei.

I'm sure this has been discussed before but how do we get the preorder extended warranty reflected? MySamsung app only showed 1 year warranty. First page of forum says that there will be email or SMS confirming extended warranty, but I did not get any message from Samsung. Any advice from the sifus here on this matter?
