i got my RM400 worth of voucher after i did some tinkering on my phone. here's what i did :-

1. removed existing Samsung account from settings > cloud and accounts > accounts
2. cleared mySamsung app data
3. create a new Samsung account with a new email (IMPORTANT!)
4. login mySamsung app with the new account and BAM! voucher appear automagically under Rewards tab

i think if one have claimed some similar reward previously, one is not eligible for this promo

Have anyone received that the message that samsung detected you were previously log in with another ID and now you have a new ID?
Does it impact whether you can get another voucher ehhe

Was there any legal clauses?

Save your effort. Creating new acc with new email, new number, ckear data or download again wont work

on a lighter note, does anyone experience this while using WhatsApp on their S8? the black bar (highlighted in red) appeared on the emoji tab when i choose to hide my navigation bar. when the navigation bar is set to fixed, the black bar disappear

I saw this black bar today.

Samsung just rolled out the function not long ago, so not all application are compatible yet.

oh man, i'm not the only one then. it's annoying. doesn't really hinder the performance or anything but doesn't look nice cosmetically

i gt the 400 voucher code…but everything i select n wanna do payment it dont show me any vouchers to applying…how am i going to use that voucher?

Bro, does this work for products other than from the samsung store?

I think it tied to imei of our phone. First time when I created new Samsung account as per method shared before, I've got the RM400 voucher.
Then I created new account, the voucher is still in the reward tab. But when I want to claim it, I've got "the code has been redeemed" message. So 1 imei can only claim 1 voucher I guess. Otherwise people will abuse this voucher.

From my understanding no. No is referring to voucher can only used on Samsung store selective products.
But from today's discussion, somebody managed to use on other non-Samsung store products.

Few page before some people managed to buy non Samsung Malaysia official store product
But some of them said only can buy accessories related to S8
Just go try it out yourself
