QUOTE(andyshim89 @ Jun 27 2017, 08:26 AM) Drove both before, can say no way the 1.8 is faster than the 1.5T. Slighty slow from 0-15km/h then 1.5T smoke it all the way~However, I bought the 1.8 This post has been edited by Slevin Sent: Jun 27 2017, 10:33 AM |

QUOTE(ck.chunkeat @ Jul 20 2017, 10:39 AM) I also noticed this issue. After few months then the traffic noise will seem to be much louder compare to when I just got the car. Noise of motorcycle passing by is the most obvious as previously I don't remember hearing those noise. I load tons of bassy music to my iphone... playing those songs at volume 7-8 will help 'kill' some noiseI think it is an issue with the rubber being under the hot sun or something. |

QUOTE(isr25 @ Jul 21 2017, 06:03 AM) I own the TC-P, but yes, the 1.8 is easier & (slightly) cheaper to maintain compated to the Turbo engine. Every 6 months or 10,000km, go preventative maintenance. 1.8 + CVT is smoooth like butter... u only hv to service it every 10k km, maintenance price wise maybe very slight;y cheaper than 1.5T?Turbo needs to follow normal PM & Maintenance Minder for oil change - may, or may not be the same as normal PM schedule. Latest Waze for Android Auto Beta v4.26.0.906 is out. when press the pedal, i personally think the 1.8 give u a slightly sharper response and then just go smoooothly~ but if you need the speed... 1.5T is one u shd go for, better fuel efficiency as well. this 1.8i get 11-12km/l (below 10k km mileage), many 1.5T driver here get better mileage |

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Jul 21 2017, 01:20 AM) i just listen to radio and spotify and both need minimum 10 Radio music doesn't provide "enough" bass to kill the noise.. hahabut the rear speaker will be louder than the front Din try spotify yet.. With some bass it can kill off some traffic noise.. except real loud motorcycle exhaust noise |
