if I buy more than 500 which is all game will i need to pay tax for it?I though tax only apply to electronics?thanks~

i use free postage with PA before however this is the first time i choose to use fedex since its value over 300. below are from the tracking record. Still waiting for clearance, man i thought can play my games today~

how many percent are they actually charging for the tax?the weight of item also is a factor of tax right?
