Guyz, I order something from Lazada yesterday morning and pick lazada express as shipment method. In my order, the shipment mentioned "Same Day Delivery". But unfortunately they don't sent the item yesterday.
Today I got message from lazada the item will be sent today but now already 5pm and still no call from delivery guys. Where should I complain this issue? anybody got their customer service email? I paid extra because I need the item urgently  |
