i can't seem to open the lazada app from my shopee app in mobile phone...last time got but now I can only see lazada.com.my ...when I click on it...it will bring me to shopee browser and i'll need to login at the browser...
anyone knows how to open the lazada app from the shopee app? Thanks. |

Mudah lots of scammers lately.... mostly those msg me to buy are scammers with foreign phone numbers...

it's not about smart buyer or seller...but very kacau... keep on getting different messages from different numbers....quite annoying...

Hi all... if the LEX tracking showed failed delivery..
How or where do I call customer service to ask about delivery? My home got ppl around almost whole day but I don't think we ever get any delivery. Thanks. |

I see... because my house got ppl almost all the time... so quite unlikely can miss the delivery...

i just got my first bad experience with Lazada, i guess my luck runs out...
i ordered from Tesco...delivery via LEX...the shipping status showed delivery fail not once, perhaps twice...but my house got people most of the time....i doubt the delivery actually got happen at all...i also ask why never bother to give me a call? Now the customer service told me they will refund my order within 24 to 48 hours. And wasted my effort to use Tesco voucher.  |
