Guys,
some question on return.
received a damaged item and thinking of returning, but does the buyer need to bear the return shipment cost? Been trying to chat with lazada and emailed the seller but no response.

i've just refunded a damaged good recently. Just wondering, instead of a refund arrangement, can we request a replacement instead?
reason being, i bought the product which was damaged with a discount code, and even with a full refund i don't think i will have another code which can match the discounted price again.
