Guys I want to ask, is it normal for Lazada to send email asking for account number, account holder and IC for refund?

I would assume that they would know that information using the card I paid for the order. Previously they just refunded to my card, no need ask so much info.

i just got my first bad experience with Lazada, i guess my luck runs out...

i ordered from Tesco...delivery via LEX...the shipping status showed delivery fail not once, perhaps twice...but my house got people most of the time....i doubt the delivery actually got happen at all...i also ask why never bother to give me a call?

Now the customer service told me they will refund my order within 24 to 48 hours.

And wasted my effort to use Tesco voucher.

Recently i bought a led monitor from lzd. upon received yesterday i found out that the monitor has a stuck pixel. can i just return the item back to lzd? any of u had the experience? thx in advance

Placed an item on Sunday night, it says SHIPMENT yesterday night. Called in to Lazada realised that it is ON THE WAY to LEX warehouse. Why the flying fack they need go collect from seller > LEX warehouse > deliver out > buyer. Such waste of time. Is it normal for them to have such procedure?

What kind of courier services they use? Own inhouse courier Lazada Express? Konon-nya express but slow like fack
