did anybody tried buy prepaid reload from Wise Pay SDN BHD before?
Saw lots of bad review

never ever buy items from lazada, they send the payment advice on 22/6/17 via citibank.So I check my bank everyday since the day they send out the payment advice but there is no any credit from lazada in my account. Then , I send email but nobody respond my email at all. never ever buy item from lazada as there is lot of clone items & shxt customer service. Another case is the bank details is provided they still open credit note & send me a credit code. I think the customer service still in raya mood, fkxxxg shxt.

my item rescheduled for delivery yesterday

wasting my time waiting for whole day

today email them and they reply cancelled

4th email send out  i still not satisfied

ask to compensate also just reply to refund

I ordered 2hp aircond for my MIL in Pahang b4 puasa ...2 days ago only i realised they send 1HP aircond instead of 2HP ...aircond already installed ...i asked lazada helpdesk they said cannot return coz exceeded 7 days already .,...now waiting for dealer response after i called them and whatsapp the picture ...if they don't want to refund how aa? Can report to KPdNKK?

WTF LAZADA. item is in LEX since 30 June, till today havent deliver??? Anyone here having same problem?
