teamloks if you have evidence that you already fill in the details before 24 hours expire, then you can argue with them and ask them to bank in the amount to you instead of store credit. I faced that previously and I show them, they kasi balik the amount to my bank.

They give you store credit instead of money? Ask them check again. Cause once you already submit, you cannot submit the details again.
