teamloks if you have evidence that you already fill in the details before 24 hours expire, then you can argue with them and ask them to bank in the amount to you instead of store credit. I faced that previously and I show them, they kasi balik the amount to my bank.

chillax... you can always reguest them to refund cash, even after 24 hours and u get the store credit. as long as u didnt use it
