same here, newbie as always.
Last time, I gave up for RM10 SV but then I left Bad Feedback on their Customer Service.
Initially I don't want to use that RM10 sv, then happened need to get cheap laptop bag.
Applied that SV and few days later, received email from Lazada CS mentioned about me already use the SV, so they assume I'm happy with it and close case.

Another case, where my order got cancelled, I got no sc, and still leave bad feedback. Later another SC respond via call and email to my feedback and gave RM40 sv.

I guess, it's all about who the SC and how lucky you are.

Have you ever used a semi-auto washer?  You have to manually set the knob to drain,  manually stop the drain,  set to rinse..  If you want less soap residue,  you will have to spin the clothes after wash cycle,  after spin cycle.

How many times do you want to take out,  put in spinner,  take out,  put in tub? And we are talking g about dripping wet clothes,  not the non-dripping clothes you put in dryer.

i've just refunded a damaged good recently.
Just wondering, instead of a refund arrangement, can we request a replacement instead?

reason being, i bought the product which was damaged with a discount code, and even with a full refund i don't think i will have another code which can match the discounted price again.
