Surely we can't be buying both Morata and Lukaku. Mana ada Giggs, Beckham, CR, Valencia, Nani(at their peak for us la) to provide the width and crosses.

Get a winger please. Dembele pipedream understandable tak boleh dapat now but Perisic seems decent/good although at the prices quoted we should look elsewhere. But winger like him that just power through defenders are hnggh material for me. Imagine peak Valencia the winger. Hngghh.

Same argument was made for the likes of Rio, CR, Rooney years ago. Rio especially with guys complaining why don't buy Nesta/Cannavaro/Ayala who would be cheaper.

Have we forgotten the end of last season? Jones, Smalling injured. Then Rojo, Bailly.. Thank god those two goons managed to get fit in time for the end of the season few games. Lucky to have Blind oso. Rojo gonna be out for a while. So we could use the numbers until January like what happened to Schneiderlin and Depay when it's clear Mourinho don't intend to play them that much.

Can't blame them. Ask yourself this, after seeing us fail to kill teams off last season and bringing in only Lukaku to replace Zlatan, you think our attacking play will magically improve? Still got holes to fill in the 1st 11 as well. LB, LW and RW.

40m for a 29 year old CM. Seems bad deal looking at his age and considering he sort of been 'off form' for previous 2 seasons. Our other target being Dier didn't help along with Perisic for LW. Average looking 'list'. But Mou knows what he's doing. Have to trust him. Looking majestic so far. Not your typical limited destroyer. Thats why TFM doesnt get to play in midfield so far for us I think. Plus him being reckless and young.

Very good performance and result of course. But its only one game, although to be fair we have looked very good since the first game of pre season aside from first half of the Super Cup game. Martial, Rashford and Mkhi looking sharp even if they are still inconsistent. Bodes well for us.

Feeling like that start of 06/07 where we blitz the start.
