Nah. Jones should remain. He can cover more positions than Smalling.
mou wants specialists, not jack of all trades... Jones remain means we'll have people on the sick bench quite often.. problem now is that we need more HG players before we let others leave...

Jones is a pretty decent CB, last season that run of 6 games without conceding with Rojo is a peek into his ability. Just that he's always injured and not fit.
Keep him for backup is fine, you can't have specialists for a bench players cz specialists won't sit on the bench all the time.
Bailly and Lindelof as first choice pairing, Jones and Rojo as backup pairing for cup games is pretty good options.
As for Smalling, he can leave.
