S500 keypad crack due to it's pain not because of the fragile keypad. So I think this phone won't face the problem.

As a seller, besides selling the phone, you should have know the phone quite well such as warranty, what's included and etc. I'm in doubt that is an original warranty set. All phone of SE are original set just the warranty either is original warranty or AP company warranty.
