then its better to wait until next next gen gc come out to really c how a dx10 card should really perform. by then a 8800gts 640mb should be mid-range.

the reason why ppl play at higher res now is most probable bcos they're using lcd monitors already eg. 19" or 22". if still using CRT then still can play at 1024x768 and still get sharp image compared to LCD. only at native reso then only sharp. but where go 22" CRT???

what resolution r u playing at? even 8800ultra struggling to play at max settings.

how much did u guys buy ori WIC for? TSB = RM159.9 / pcgame.my = RM169.9 right. how come the shop in subang parade selling for RM179.9?

with my rig, i'm playing at 1680x1050 with 90% high settings. just no AA, physics at medium, 4x AF, no cloud over water shadow, vehicle tracks at medium. all other option on and high. playing smoothly and enjoying every moment of destruction and explosions

Added on October 5, 2007, 12:56 amit goes to show there's no point getting a mid range dx10 card cos really no power to play dx10 game with good fps. even my x1950pro powered pc can play at 90% high settings. very smooth and beautiful.

but in terms of tactics and strategy i feel COH is much more better than WIC. for me it feels like a watered down RTS with nice explosions. hehe pls don't flame me ok just my 2cents.
