QUOTE(Hantu641 @ Oct 30 2017, 03:13 AM) Sorry bro for late reply. I have tried to test my tyre for wet road but unable to..no raining action at all during my travel for 1 week offday that i have taken..really hot!! It's V rating but i have tried to run at 150 kmph on dry highway and i really felt like im flying. Seriously not fun at all..i felt like i have no control on my car but at 120+ still good and got control. I drove solo with empty car when i tried it. Other than that, tyre noise increase bit. Others part seem ok and good enough. Travel up and down from genting more than 20 times already. hi bro, I am also considering EP300. Can you update us on yours after about one year of use?

Brigestone EP300 at rm135 - only till today!
I was writing on another post on the topic of the camber screws, and since the shop carries Brigestone EP300 at a very good price, I'd just like to share it here:
" 3 years ago I also kena from Wxng Hxng in Bukit Kemuning, their tyre price was good, but asked me the same thing saying my camber screws need to be changed somemore must be in one pair end up paying extra rm95 (per piece or in pair i forgot).
Just now I just changed all 4 tyres again, in Seri Kembangan, there is this Malay shop Autohaus KL, today is the last day of their Raya promotion and I got Continental CC6 195/55R15 for rm170 (normal price would go back to RM200). They also carry Brigestone EP300 at rm135 (normal price 195). In the end I just need to pay the tyres and rm30 for alignment. I was waiting to see if they would do the camber screw scam on me (since I'm a new customer) but they didn't even mention it. I also told them to check my brakes, they checked and say everything is ok-seems very honest! I most likely will go back there next time. To all dishonest shops, this is what you'd get: people will bad-mouth you for every dishonest act that you performed, and honest shops will get prompted by people who appreciate them.
I think I should mention their address so you can give them a try, and report to us if your experience differ:
Autohaus KL No 1, Jalan BPP 5/8, Pusat Bandar Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan. Phone: 8940 0200 "

QUOTE(leehernandez @ Jul 1 2018, 11:20 AM) rm 170 for continental quite costly actually.if in klang and shah alam area, can get rm140-145 ,dont have to wait raya promotion.btw the camber screw is it really a scam?read in few forums too.my own experience before this,i insist dont want to change but my previous myvi always makan tyre even after alignment done in service centre and outside shop.finally change it since it is only rm 35 for myvi one pc.after i change it the tyre wear quite even. my point is not them being the cheapest. I also know that Klang has the cheapest tyres but quite far from me, this shop is just 2 km from my place so I'd rather do it here. My main point is: I felt they didn't even try one bit to con me to do something unnecessary! About that Wxng Hxng shop, throughout these few years after I went there, I'd read that not only me but many other customers who went there left similar comments-don't tell me this is pure coincident. In the Autoworld forum, their prices are usually one of the lowest in all categories, maybe using the low prices to lure people and then use the camber screws to get more income-of course, just my suspicion, but, to the rest of the customers: you are free to infer. I may be completely wrong, but just want to share other threads written by other ppl: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4185126https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3352308/+20This post has been edited by t1231: Jul 1 2018, 06:42 PM
