i don't know if tenants are brief about this but i was informed by a technician in sh technology that if your internet connection is down. Check if the broadband status is on or not.
If the broadband led is green + service led is red/off : proceed to report to sh tech
if the broadband led is red/off + service led is red/off: file a complaint to your building management.
The cabling is handled by building management so when you report to sh tech when your broadband led is off, it will take a longer time for your complaint to be processed since sh tech then will need to contact the building management about your internet issue.
Other ISP Cyberjaya Broadband / City Broadband, Can also call them Setia Haruman Tech
