None ATM. You could get good Android TV box and monthly fee subscription but might not have ALL Astro channel.

Also, not as "user friendly" as ASTRO.

So, it's something to consider.

I'm using HiMedia but it can't install Astro OTG coz it says rooted.

You might want to ask other PROs.

That's NO truth Astro replacement even you used the best of the best android TV box. The vid quality and stability from Astro transmission are much better.

Those Axxto IPTV service are illegal and go ON & Off frequently. If you are used to Astro. Don't waste your time to look for a replacement.

Getting a TV box is for others entertainment purposes.

Android box for under $200, watching great sports stream via Kodi ... Not sure if this is available from Astro though

ok sometimes, not so sometimes.

maybe i need to try again with MiC.

still looking for a reliable free HD live sports!

up to now, i find live lounge and redbox most reliable but they buffer sometimes.

that's the trouble with these addons or apps.

adrian, cypher, arena... so many...start, stop... come and go...

the standalone apps like mobdro, uktvnow... they stay longer but are in SD.

Is Kodi for android same like for Windows? Where you need to install repository and then install add in? I feel Kodi for Windows is quite confusing.

which is why some people incl me after some years tend to go for simple, faster, low maint standalone apps.
