if you can, play with japanese/korean/chinese players for behemoth quest. in my experience, western players suck. they will quit the quest when they die or they will run around like idiots thinking that this monster is like another elder dragon.

i only beat this quest when i played with a group of japanese and chinese hunters who knew what they were doing.

btw, i think this quest is full of crap & was designed to give players a hard time. also capcom saying that this quest can be done with anyone with HR15 rank is a joke. any hunter with that kind of rank will be easily killed by behemoth.

i heard that an EX version of behemoth is coming at the end of the month but i won't be wasting my time doing it because it will be full of crap like this one.

I think the minimum Hunter Rank is at least level 16. But then again...Maybe Capcom is pulling a joke.

actually i found a way to get the mats, but u need some patience to do so.... just equip your palico with the plunderblade then wala...
well, is depends on ur luck since answering to sos and team up is random, some high HR hunter also can be quite

but on yesterday, i managed to finish the quest twice with proper teammate that know wat to do during the hunt...now i have the set and weapon

It still boggles my mind when players who have already completed the Special Assignments, still fight Behemoth near the comets (to the point where they get destroyed) in Optionals.

Just tried monster hunter world/behemoth.
Tried to solo it with IG.

Failed badly on the first try. Didn’t bother to retry haha.

The Behemoth boss is like playing XIV if you have ever raided in that game.
There is mechanism to survive like the comet rocks and etc. If not played properly team could get full wiped. Really like FFXIV online raid lol

Yeah. Meant for proper team play with tank/dps too.
I don’t like mmorpg. Not since I quit WOW more than 10 years ago lol.
