This is not a hack and slash game.
You need to know when you can hack and slash the monsters......basically,this is MH is.
When it is safe to go in, you hit...pick the buttons according to you planned combo for maximize dmg...and get out to safety.
Different monster different pattern.
That is all..

Timed quests or for all bosses? Could it be you are saying there's only 50 minutes of gameplay for the Beta? I kind of hate the timed thingy.

once timer hits zero, ur quest will fail. well, based on my experience, this timed thing wont effected overall gaming experience, even running solo i still manage to complete all quest in time, unless those high end insane boss

Oh...Am I able to re-take the quest that I failed earlier? Sorry for so many questions asked. It could be my first Monster Hunter series for me.

Why not just try the beta. There is still time to test.
You can retake the quest as many times as you want. It's part of the grinding if you're interested in crafting armors of the monster and etc.
Fail a million times also is fine. You have an average of 50 minutes usually to clear each quest, so you can actually do a lot of stuff besides just hunting.
It's only the beta time limit that is turning off a lot of people, because it's not even half the time given when playing. But the beta allows you to play a single quest again and again, so there is that.

yes, u can re-take the quest anytime, the best part of the game is hunting those huge bosses with 3 of ur frenz

it all about skill..not just keep on spam button until the monster died. There one hunter (from 3ds multiplayer), fully equip with high lvl armor and weapon, joined my game (can't remember during that time hunting what monster). That hunter keep on dying 3x in less than 10 minutes and my quest failed. MH usually have time limit and 3 time died no matter who. you need to learn the each movement of the monster. anyone see any good deal to buy ps4?

there will be a new mode something like an exploration mode where u can go there and explore and hunt any monster that will spawn there without time limit so dun worry.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll just watch some of the Beta gameplay and wait for the release date. It should be a fun game to play.
